Since I wrote about the uses for leftover chicken yesterday, I decided to write about some uses for ham today. Ham is one of those foods that you almost always cook in large quantities and that you always have left overs after the holiday meal is over. Here are some creative uses for left over ham that will save you money.

Uses for left over ham:

In an omelet, in a sandwich, ham salad, ham and beans, in fried rice, in an egg roll, in a frittata, in a Cuban sandwich, in soup, ham and eggs, like with the chicken just use your imagination!

*If you bake your ham with pineapple and cherries, try throwing the pineapple and cherries into your next sandwich. It’s yummy.
